Rooted in Welsh tradition, Mr Padfield’s Pickles celebrates the very best in pantry produce. Today, his youngest daughter Jill preserves his techniques from her family kitchen.

Our founding father was a proud coalminer who sought to preserve his Celtic upbringing. He taught everything he knew to his daughter Jill, and we continue this legacy today (as well as experimenting with new recipes!)
QUALITY INGREDIENTS
With a focus on sustainability, we source our ingredients exclusively within Great Britain and, when possible, from farmers in the immediate area. By utilising only the finest, untreated ingredients, our pickles are recognisable for their sheer quality, gaining flavour still over time.

We are an ethical company who never price our goods beyond a reasonable profit margin. We believe in honest and fair pricing so everyone can experience the goodness of our Welsh heritage.

Jill
Jill is Mr Padfield’s youngest and the one who makes the recipes happen! She is at her happiest when preserving techniques and experimenting with new recipes.
Thomas
Thomas is our director who is responsible for brand management, customer relations and sales.
Sarah
Sarah focuses on market research, B2B and sales. An equestrian at heart, she regularly competes at Hickstead Showground.
